TATTOO REQUEST FORM

Please read before filling out this form! 
I prefer larger projects, so to avoid disappointment I have a minimum of an hour and a half, so if it is something small I will not be able to fulfil your request. All styles and info can be found on my Instagram page so be sure to check out my work over there! 

My hourly rate is £110 / £650 for a full day up to 7 hours for full colour, £600 for blackwork for 6 hours.

Once you have filled out this form, sit tight, it can take me sometimes up to a week to get back to people during busy periods.

Please ensure you have red the commissions page, and have decided on a style, as once I start drawing it cannot be changed.

Once I have received this form I will get back to you on my terms and conditions as soon as I can, it can take up to a week to get to my admin.

Please note turnaround at present can be up to 4 weeks for a semi realism custom drawing, as I am a full time tattoo artist as well as illustrator. I often aim to complete them in a much quicker succession however I will work with you at every step of the way.
